First Frost / by Justin Murphy

The dog was whining at my bedside, it was 6 am. I got up to let the dog and when I opened the backdoor, whoosh. A blast of icy air hit me in the face. It was the first frost of the season. I shivering as the dog paced back and forth I decided to run inside and grab the DSLR off the counter. By the time I got back the dog was finished, I let him in and then went out to capture the moment. The only things that I could really get some good pictures of were the car on the street and the sheet of ice on the grass in our backyard.

Enjoy!
